Phyllis Catherine Hansen

Phyllis Catherine Hansen, 71, of Tillamook, formerly of Astoria, died Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, in Wheeler. She was born Dec. 2, 1939, in Astoria. Raised in Astoria, she attended Astoria High School. Ms. Hansen was a homemaker most of her life. She is survived by two sons, Robert Olsen Jr. of Astoria and Vincent Olsen; a brother, Dennis Hansen of Hillsboro; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Lance Rackley. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Jan. 5, at Caldwell’s Luce-Layton Mortuary; a funeral will follow at 1 p.m. Private Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in Astoria. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice, in care of Caldwell’s Luce-Layton Mortuary, 1165 Franklin Ave., Astoria, OR 97103.
