Louise M. Beasley, 96, of Ilwaco, Wash., died Monday, April 4, 2011, in Ilwaco.
She was born December 31st, 1914, in Ilwaco, to Christian Arthur and Lempi Ida (Hakala) Hanselman.
She was raised in Ilwaco. In 1933, she graduated from Ilwaco High School
On Sept. 15, 1946, she married O. W. “Win” Beasley. He preceded her in death in 2007.
Mrs. Beasley lived in Astoria from 1945 to 2007, when she returned to Ilwaco. She worked as a retail clerk at the dime store and Fisher Brothers.
She was a member of the Pythian Sisters and a life member of Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by a daughter, Anne Molinari of Vancouver, Wash.; a grandson; Vincent Molinari Jr. of Vancouver; a stepson, Charles C. Beasley of Mississippi; four stepgrandchildren, Michael Beasley of New Bern, N.C., Susan Beasley of Calhan, Colo., David Beasley of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Janet Graham of Reno, Nev.; three great-grandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; and four sisters, Betty Nielson of Astoria, Pauline Reed of Seaview, Wash., Nellie Beasley of Ilwaco, and Gladys Fink of Longview, Wash.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law; Vincent Molinari; a sister, Irene Ochal; five brothers, Philip, Roy, Arthur, George and John Hanselman; a grandson, Jeffrey Molinari; and a stepdaughter-in-law, Beatrice Beasley.
No service is planned.
