Tobin "Toby" Prescott Collins

Tobin “Toby” passed away January 6, 2013 in Portland. He was born in Seaside, Oregon May 17, 1951 to Raymond Herstil Collins and Gail Swennes Collins. Tobey was raised in Astoria and graduated from Astoria High School in 1970. He applied for a business license right out of high school. He owned and operated Clean Services in Astoria for over 35 years. Toby married Sue Fletcher, May of 1978 in Astoria. He enjoyed working. His hobbies included cooking, art collecting, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at ?Caldwell’s Luce-Layton Mortuary

Graveside Services will follow at Ocean View Cemetery, Warrenton, Oregon
